- Off- Road/Triathlon National Championship - 1500m swim, 29k mountain bike, 8k run
- Off-Road/Cross Duathlon National Championship - 4k run, 29k mountain bike, 8k run
- Off-Road/Cross Triathlon Sprint National Championship- 750m swim, 12k mountain bike, 4k run
- Off-Road/Cross Duathlon Sprint National Championship - 2k run, 12k mountain bike, 4k run
All athletes must be a US citizen OR a US national (someone who has resided in the US for three consecutive years and has not competed for their country of citizenship in the prior year. Athletes who have competed for their county of citizenship in the last year may request a waiver. Contact teamusa@usatriathlon.org for more information.

Off-Road/Cross Triathlon and Duathlon Sprint National Championships
- $100 until 12/31
- $115 from 1/1-3/31
- $130 from 4/1-4/18
Age Groups:
Standard distance - ages 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, etc., in 5-year increments through the oldest athlete's age group for males, females, and non-binary athletes. Athletes age 16 and under are allowed to participate at the discretion of the race director, but will not be eligible for national championship awards or world championship qualification.
Sprint distance - ages 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, etc., in 5-year increments through the oldest athlete's age group for males, females, and non-binary athletes.
Clydesdale/Athena divisions - Clydesdale ages 39 and under, 40-59, 60+, and Athena 39 and under, 40-54, and 55+. Athletes can still place in their respective 5-year increment age group and will be required to undergo a weigh-in process as written in the USA competition rules found at www.usatriathlon.org.
